Kusadasi Port, also known as Ephesus Port is one of the most busy ports of Turkey. Many cruise ships dock at Kusadasi and sightseeing tours from cruise ships are departed from the port all year long. Kusadasi town and the port is the closest port 23 kilometres (14.2 miles) to the city ruins and other historical and biblical attractions near the area. So if you your cruise is docking at Kusadasi port, you have the best chance of visiting the Ephesus City Ruins.

Our 13 year old son was spellbound by her history lessons. The driver was professional and very safe! Small group (7 people total) kept the tour manageable and flowing (not constantly waiting for someone to catch up). Sights were amazing and Zeynep, out tour guide, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and knew exactly where to catch the best photos. Lunch was great, and even the Turkish carpet pitch was tolerable. Recommend this trip if you want to see Ephesus, Mary’s house , and St John’s Basilica in an easy day trip.
