“Such a memorable day with our guide Elcin Yilmaz!”
stars 5 out of 5, Reviewed on

We had been to Ephesus and to The House of Virgin Mary with a group of 40 people comprised of academicians and researchers from all around Turkey and the UK. Our trip constituted the social part of an international workshop. Our guide was Elcin Yilmaz. Her tour guide performance was simply great! She had an in-depth knowledge of the destination. She interacted with the people in our group directly during the entire trip. She provided us with a safe, enjoyable and rewarding experience in Ephesus. Moreover she was very punctual that we managed to arrive Izmir in time. In summary, my experience with her being us guide that day, convinced me to contact her again for the our trip and we did so!

Best Tourist Dollars Ever Spent

Three of our family flew in early from Istanbul with pre arranged private tour with Breeze Tours. It went exactly as planned. picked up exiting Izmir Airport and dropped off just in time to catch return flight. Our guide Taner was like having my son's cousin in the car. Full of historical anecdotes but let's you draw the conclusion when he is not sure of the story. He also know where a great pida can be fund in Kudasi. There was some trouble with my credit card and upon departure Gizem told me just call her back in the morning with another card ! Unbelievable cooperation. I would go to these people without question. Great Team.

An extraordinary private tour!

I knew that I'd have one day during a business trip to Turkey for seeing Efes (ancient Ephesus) and the surrounding area (including Şirince), and I reserved an Ephesus Breeze tour via Phyliss from Ounce Travel for three colleagues and me. Phyliss was very personable via E-mail and even more so in person, when we met her and discovered that she was going to be our tour guide. We were able to fit in the things that we wanted to see and to have lunch (as well as looking at carpets and sampling fruit wine), but what really made the tour exceptional was Phyliss, with her knowledge, her good English, and her friendliness. I hope to return to Turkey next year, and I will definitely choose Ounce Travel for a tour of Bergama (ancient Pergamum)! Thank you very much! I wholeheartedly recommend this company and this tour guide!

I would never have imagined it if I did not see it. City of Ephesians in Asia Minor (in the Ephesians Bible) thousands and thousands of years of history.

Ephesus private tour

We had the most wonderful guide Phyliss on our recent tour of Ephesus. We were met promptly at the cruise ship terminal in Kusadasi and whisked away in a very comfortable and clean mini bus. Our driver was excellent too. Phyliss had a lot of knowledge of the sights we were seeing and could answer all the questions we had. We did our booking online a few months before and each time, our emails were answered promptly and right to the point. Our private tour was also customized for us, based on me describing the things I wanted to do and see. I'd highly recommend this tour company to anyone who is visiting the region. Thank you for the wonderful time we had in Ephesus.

Its wonderful ancient site under UNESCO World heritage. Great Experience to know about rich ancient Roman and Greek history and modernization of that time. Excellent sites for pictures as well and people interested in Architecture and Conservation.

I do not really need to say anything, but if I have a strong bridge and a willingness to see it, I have to see it unconditionally. I really imagine when building buildings,

Testimonials & Reviews

Wishing to avoid the high costs charged by a cruise line for a visit to the ancient sites of Ephesus and having read previous Trip Advisor reviews, we e-mailed Ephesus Tours to arrange a private tour. Met us exactly as promised on arrival and the guide that they provided us was excellent with fluent English.”
