We were on a cruise,stopped for half day in Ephesus. Rather than do an expensive, cruise line tour, we chose "About Ephesus" for a private tour and were so glad we did. We were met at pier by Gonca; our private guide for the day. She took us a short walk to our driver, who was waiting in a large Mercedes mini-van. We went to Mary's House, then the ruins of Ephesus, Gonca did an excellent job. She was fabulous, friendly and you can see she thoroughly enjoyed what she was doing. She made the experience memorable.Words cannot even describe how great this tour was – fantastic, memorable, wonderful to say the least.

We had a fantastic time with Gonca aka Rosie and our driver Alp with About Ephesus Tours. Gonca was the perfect tour guide in every way. Her descriptions of the ancient sites was thorough, knowledgeable and engaging. She spoke of details that made it possible to imagine living in that time on that land. Her English was perfect, and I must say she was on all counts a delightful young lady and we definitely considered our tour of Ephesus one of the highlights of our vacation!Our tour was excellent! Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful private tour of Ephesus, made through the website https://ephesusbreeze.com The staff responded promptly to all email inquiries. Our guide, Filiz, was waiting for us when we got off the cruise ship (the ship had arrived at port late, but the tour staff seemed aware of the situation and not anxious about it). Filiz was a wonderful guide--extremely knowledgeable, thorough, thoughtful, interesting, kind, and very patient with our many questions. We had a driver who was safe and very nice as well. The van was clean and comfortable. Filiz gave us a gift bag, reviewed ancient and modern maps with us, and gave us an excellent history of the amazing area. Ephesus was so interesting to us, and Filiz shared so much---the fascinating history of the region, including social and cultural traditions. We especially enjoyed the Terrace Houses (we had requested this ahead of time, as these houses are not included in many group tours). At our request, Filiz later emailed us a picture of a site which we were not able to get in our photos Our tour was enhanced by the conversations we had with her. Our Turkish lunch was delicious, and it was followed by an interesting carpet demonstration. Filiz asked us if we wanted to stop at a pottery shop, and we agreed; we saw an interesting pottery demonstration and many lovely ceramic items. We highly recommend this customized tour---and the guidance by Filiz was great!

Wow is all we had to say about this tour. Please if you arrive on a cruise ship DO NOT sign up on the cruise line. Take this private tour with this outfit. First Gonka, our tour guide met all 6 of us at the ship with a very very nice Mercedes van. They took us to the house of Mary and we had the whole place to ourselves, AMAZING! Has we were leaving 5 bus loads of people from the cruise ship all showed up at once. Then the same thing happened at Ephesus. Now for Gonka our tour guide she is a gem! She spoke very good English and took all our needs into consideration. Her personality was unbelievable! We all fell in love with her and we hope to see her again. Thank you all for making our tour the best!

There was a group of 9 returning to Ephesus and wanted to do something besides the usual tours, no rug showings or leather shops. They provided just that. Our tour guide Arzu was great. She always seemed to get to the sites before the big tour buses arrived. What was really great was that she always faced us when talking and not the front of the bus and just talking. The price could not be beat..and included lunch...I had checked with several companies and none came close. If you are heading to Ephesus you can't go wrong here......

My wife and I visited Ephesus whilst on a cruise with Royal Caribbean and this was the outstanding tour for the week...by a long way. The restoration is incredible and the tour guide brought it all to life. Photo opportunities at every turn and we even found the inspiration for the Nike logo. Well worth a visit. We had about 2 hours but really needed more.

Our guide Gurkan and his driver collected us from Kusadasi port. The minibus was clean and airconditioned. Gurkan's English was excellent and he was able to engage my 15year old son and 13year old daughter well, they were fascinated by the story and ruins of Ephesus. There were many other large tour groups and I was really pleased that I had chosen to have this Private Tour, we could hear clearly and have questions easily answered. The lunch was in a lovely garden setting and delicious and fresh. We could have done without the carpet selling but the process of making the carpets was interesting. Well worth the trip and October was a very comfortable time of year both with tourists and the weather.

If you visit Turkey you must visit Ephesus outstanding not easy access but you can get around only toilets at exit
